We are currently under ZERO for academic GPU grant. It looks like ZERO limits the app traffic a bit so it says our app meets the quota at some point.
My experience is to wait 30mins~1hour so the app GPU will be restored.
Thanks for the information. What you describe corresponds to the behaviour I have seen: after waiting for an hour or so, I can generate once, but then I get the quota limit message again.
Your project has a lot of potential for animation and I wish you and your team the best of successes with it.
