issues with uploading models for evals, also please add GGUF option

There's some issues when I try to upload a model even in FP16, it won't find the model, and the button 'sign in with HF' doesn't work.
Also, please add the option to eval GGUF models.

Are the models gated? The leaderboard only works on open models.
