Your model is one the best ones I found without requiring any sepecific training. Even without doing an gfpgan the results are very nice.
Looking forward to your results, I'm wondering how the model affa_config_c_hq was trained and would be a interesesting text to read.

Thank you! Yes the related paper just got accepted to WACV 2023 and you can expect the manuscript within the week being posted to Arxiv (and refered to here).
I plan on releasing the code on github soon as well and make the models public here on Hugging Face. There is just some licensing and code clean up issues to get through. :)
