The language code for Hokkien should not be ‘hk’

HK is more commonly used to refer to ‘Hong Kong’, e.g. en-HK, zh-HK, yue-HK, etc. The use of HK to refer to Hokkien can cause confusion, especially as both may occur in a certain context.

The appropriate language code for Hokkien is ‘nan’ or ‘oan’. The latter is proposed to refer specifically to Taiwanese Hokkien, which would be more accurate.
