How to make the A.I "prioritize" a certain word in a prompt?

I'm attempting to make a prompt called "Donald Trump on a thin pillar 12000 feet in the sky" but all it does is make a thin line on the screen, with some terrain on the bottom. How would I be able to prioritize Donald Trump? reference image:
