I was suspicious, too, yesterday and tried an experiment using Sonic the Hedgehog.
The first 5 searches are me just hitting search for Sonic the Hedgehog
These next 5 are with me using iterations. I up the amount of iterations as we move through the 5 different searches.
As you move through, the first 5 sets are pretty similar and basic. Sonic with white background with various forms of being drawn. As we move through to the next 5, you can see there is more color and detail and then it starts generating Sonic totally differently. Along with having other characters start to pop in and even starting to populate levels from the game in the background at higher iteration levels.
I am really just messing around though. What do you think about the Sonics?

I noticed when iterations do not duplicate, but simply increase, there is a certain number of iterations after which the quality begins to deteriorate. But when there is duplication, the pun starts and the AI goes crazy.
I noticed this, too, the degrading quality as the iteration number increases to very high numbers. I do not really use exponents so I can tell by how long I hold 0 if I'm going way too far. I end up deleting a bunch of 0s to tone it down when it falls off the tracks.
here is an experiment with a double request, a cat is a princess, in the first pictures without iterations, AI tries to make at least some kind of princess out of a cat, but when we increase iterations, it doesn’t even smell like a princess
on these iterations the AI even tries to make a human princess
on the last screenshots there are very large numbers of iterations, I don’t know why they were cut off.

It feels to me like a lens and you can focus... along with over and under focusing. This is on top of all the searchable terms.
why with the increase in iterations, AI switched to Asian women? 😄
