Hi folks, what is the dall-e mini policy on commercial use? I understand it is open-source, but just want to understand this better!

The databases used to generate the images have their own licences though

Also, what's the point of the Apache license then?
IANAL, but model is Apache licensed and it's commonly accepted that model (and its outputs) can be licensed independently of the dataset(s) it was trained on
