Not showing images, only white lines

After running the app, I’m only greeted with 6 white lines. My iOS is not up to date, but every browser I’ve tried it on is. Does my OS have to be current for this app to work? If so, why would it matter at all?
Yes it does have to be up do date. Another person had the same issue.
