2nd time trying to use this - anyone know what times traffic isn't high?

Last Friday (10th) I came on here, trying to have my go at this, only for it to be stuck and loading constantly.
Today (13th) Im having the same issue, now with traffic being too high (I assume the Friday it was the same, but was on mobile)
does anyone know, have any suggestions, on waiting periods // what times (in GMT preferably) you have been finding any luck?
Before sunrise on the US it works the best.
