is there a way to get higher image resolution output ?

Dalle-2 may do this. you should sign up for the waitlist.
There is not, however there is a way to get the output 256x256 and upscale it to 1024x1024 details here : https://huggingface.co/spaces/dalle-mini/dalle-mini/discussions/2520
