Is avoiding pixelart intentional?

I have an idea to use some generated stuff in my gamedev workflow, like an assets or at least references and found out this AI avoid pixels. Interesting is it intentional behavior? Can it found this style and does this style wont break it)
try "a girl in pixelart style."
It seems to work for me when I do something like: an eagle in the field, pixel art
