I doubt that craiyon selects eyes, nose and lips from its database and combines them into a new face. It simply reproduces pictures which fulfill your demands. Craiyon has no idea what eyes, noses and lips are, nor how to place them in a 3-dimensional face with respect to scale, proportions, lighting etc. It can't tell left from right, top from down or ugly from beautiful.
