Runtime error

This is a port of https://github.com/haoheliu/versatile_audio_super_resolution. I've managed to get it working however it's unreliable most of the time as it errors out before it can output any audio. It also takes about an hour to produce output with the default settings running on a CPU. I'm saving money for a Raspberry Pi and don't want to waste anything I've already saved so an upgrade to a GPU would be beneficial for this space.
