The metric seems to come together nicely! The main thing missing is the README. You can find an example here: https://huggingface.co/spaces/evaluate-metric/precision/blob/main/README.md

For example the metadata at the beginning is used by evaluate to find the metric. So if you add the two tags you should be able to load it.
