The .txt file was updated to correct a typo that hasn't been corrected in the .docx version.
I don't think that multiple formats of the license are needed, or that it is a good practice to provide them separately. A single plain text canonical version of the license is preferable, so there isn't confusion about what terms apply to a given versioned release of a named public license.
