Is this a leaderboard or a form of visualization of other leaderboard?

I cannot find the voting panel in this space, how do you calculate the Elo score accordingly?
it is only a visualization that pulls out latest data but I do not plan to add a voting icon as of now due to lack of time.

Would you mind letting me know where you get the evaluation data from?
Thanks, but SEAL leaderboards seems to abandon their Elo-rating in its latest version.
