Issue with recognizing two-column tables and images overlapping with tables

Hello,

I have been using the TSR (Table Structure Recognition) model and have noticed that it works very well on complex tables with many spanning cells. However, I have encountered some issues with the model not recognizing two-column tables and tables with overlapping images. Additionally, there have been some instances where the model has not recognized basic and conventional tables, which is surprising.

I would like to know if there is a way to fine-tune the model to recognize these types of tables as well. I have attached some examples of tables that the model has had trouble recognizing.

Thank you for your help!

These are some of the examples it should detect the tables but it is not

I think it's because your tables have very little padding. The table detection model works best when there is padding (about 20-30 pixels) around the table. You can try padding the images with white pixels and try again.
Thank you for trying out my space. Feel free to give me a star if you liked it.

Ok, I try that.
Thank you very much!!
