Accidental homophobia/transphobia problem

I checked a few terms related to sexuality and gender. So far "I'm gay" and "I'm trans" correctly checked out as non-toxic, but "lesbian" and "cisgender" are both labeled as toxic, which could cause obvious issues as lesbian is self-identification for women who are attracted to women and cisgender is a neutral way to refer to people who are not transgender.
I'll check more terms later if you'd like.
