Build error

My objective is to develop comprehensive fundamental editing tools that cater to the needs of designers, content creators, and the community. To achieve this, I require a GPU approved by the community, which would greatly enhance the speed of inference for deep learning models.
Currently I need GPU resource to run this project otherwise it will get this Runtime Error.
