Whisper sets model large to the latest version, currently large-v3. This lets the user specify large-v1 as the model if they want to.

Ah, thanks. Yeah, that's right, in the announcement of large-v2 and large-v3, OpenAI mentions that "large" is an alias to the latest release of the model.
I've tested this, and I can confirm that selecting large-v1 now allows you to load the first large model.
But I think I'd still keep large and instead just add large-v1 next to large-v2 and large-v3, as people might have selected large as the default in the command line arguments (or config). Can you update the PR, or should I just make the changes?
