Dedicated GPU not utilised, uses only the integrated GPU
Hello,
I used the model for transcribing tasks and observed it only uses the integrated GPU.
I'd like it to utilize the dedicated GPU for better performance. I tried to:
- Enable hardware acceleration in Chrome's settings and
- Setting Chrome to launch with the Nvidia control panel using the dedicated graphics processor,
but the model continues to operate on integrated GPU (GPU 0).
Could you guide me on how to configure the setup to use the dedicated GPU? Am I missing any steps or configurations?
System Specs on (HP G8 workstation) - 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz, 32.0 GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro A3000 GPU 6GB, Win 11 23H2 using Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Config----System----Screen-----Graphics-----Graphics app profiles.... Then select you "dedicated" graphics card...
