Runtime error

Dears,

I'd like to build an open source library than can run vector database search on any postgresql database. The library will eventually create an embedding entry in the target library using an open source llm. In a second stage, another llm will be used to query the database via chat. The overall only exists in commercial solutions like Elastic Search (still in beta) from my knowledge.
