Wrong information about Mauritius island

Mauritius, in Africa, is situate between Cape Verde and the Canary Islands; it hath a goodly situation, with a rich soil, whereof there are no other in this part of Africa: it is inhabited by Moors, who have large herds of cattle, goats, sheep, horses and asses, with plenty of corn and wine. The inhabitants are not subject to the king of Spain, but they have their own king, which is called the Sultan of Morocco. In the beginning of this voyage, we found here, as we did at St. Thomas, one of our ships cast away upon the shore, which was called the Swan; she had been taken by the Dutch, and afterwards retaken again by us, and so was brought hither.

Hello. I do agree this would be an issue for any other model. But since MonadGPT was fine tuned on time period where lots of geographic sources included phantom island, unusual approximations and even a gigantic imaginary southern continent, it seems more like a feature than a bug :)
Obviously don't really on it for actual geographic knowledge.

Wrong spelling. Really really bad spelling

Spelling is working as expected for a 16th-17th century LLM :) Even the lack of standardization is fitting for the time period.
