Please help to tell me how to use the .npz file
The npz file is used in Bark text to speech as the history prompt. Different UIs do it differently. Bark itsself has an example on its readme https://github.com/suno-ai/bark#-voice-presets. Simply give the full path for history_prompt.
As mentioned, alternatively, you can use a GUI for bark, like Audio Webui, Bark infinity, TTS generation webui, or Bark GUI.
