Non-sense, this tool is useless
Your project or model for identifying personality traits only from videos of a few seconds is meaningless. Show me indicators of accuracy measures of the model that correctly classifies the videos into the personal traits. I find it hard to believe that you can identify personality trait from a video of a person of a few seconds. If we can hardly identify personality traits from texts written by people, then from a clip of several seconds it is even more of a problem.
The design and interface of the application is nice, but your tool/algorithm/model is meaningless, it is not based on any empirically based theory.
Dear @reab5555 ,
Every opinion has its place and can be valuable for our future research. However, to ensure the constructiveness of any conclusions, please refer to the description of the methodology and the obtained results [Ryumina E., Markitantov M., Ryumin D., Karpov A. Gated Siamese Fusion Network based on Multimodal Deep and Hand-Crafted Features for Personality Traits Assessment // Pattern Recognition Letters - 2024, Vol. 185, pp. 45-51].
I red your articles. articles are lacking some fundamental aspects. three of them are:
- lack of cross-validation methods.
- evaluation metrics beside mACC, such as Precision, Recall, or AUC for example. this is a standard of reporting.
- indicators that there were no overfitting, such as train and val loss across epochs, or a learning curve graph.
