Here I am, the first of many discussions. What shall we talk about?

google bard or geese or bread

Seed/vegetable oil is bad for you.

the sun is bad for you as it can give you cancer but we still go outside

Yes the sun can be bad if you're exposed to it long enough and under some circumstances it can cause skin cancer. On the other hand, seed oil is always bad, whether it's consumed in little or large amounts, it can't be digested by humans. It makes sense because humans couldn't extract oil from them in the past, it requires very high temperatures and processing to be extracted, and it was only relatively recently that humans started consuming it.

These used to be byproducts but companies started selling these byproducts for much cheaper than other more natural oils like olive oil, or animal fats, butter.. etc.

It's an interesting topic and based on your reply it seems you aren't informed.

virtually all restaurants use it for cooking and deep-frying. including mcdonalds. it is also used in most canned foods, and in snacks like potato chips. this stuff is everywhere.
