File fixes and cleaning

This PR is not about adding new data, but adding some changes to the space so it keeps clean and scales properly.

This PR adds the following:

• A script for post-processing merged PRs, with rows sorting, removing possible duplicates, etc.
• Add a column for model versioning as some PRs required that information (15 and 16)
