ByteDance/AnimateDiff-Lightning · AnimateDiff-Lightning lives up to its name as far as speed and the quality is quite good, especially for the speed.

I tried the Sorah model on HF and it took on average literally 10x the time and just kept rendering a video of the same exact dog in a shirt and tye, which would be awesome, but I asked for a guy with superpowers launching off the beach, which the Animate-Diff-Lightning model was very close on, displaying a man, speed lines, good forward motion, just not upward, but like I said on average a generation took less than 10 seconds, and the other model I tried was at least 90 +, I am not trying to be negative about the other model, Im just sharing my experience.
