Inpainting mask not respected 100%

Hi everyone,
I am using the stable diffusion inpainting pipeline (runwayml/stable-diffusion-inpainting).
I noticed that the generation doesn't strictly follow the inpainting mask and so other near parts are inpainted even if not defined in the mask.
Are there some parameters/ways to make the model perfectly follow the mask?

Same issue here, also with a full mask, the image get changed, especially human faces.

Any idea on how to avoid it like the "Erase & Replace" online tool?
