PhoWhisper small model for CTranslate2

This repository contains the conversion of vinai/PhoWhisper-small to the CTranslate2 model format.

This model can be used in CTranslate2 or projects based on CTranslate2 such as faster-whisper.

This model is not currently available via any of the supported third-party Inference Providers, and HF Inference API was unable to determine this model's library.
