I am finishing up the longt5 implementation on a rust implementation of the transformers library (https://github.com/guillaume-be/rust-bert/tree/long_t5_implementation). As I was performing some tests I realized that the currently uploaded weights do not include the lm_head weights. This PR fixes the issue by adding this last layer allowing using them for generation
