This PR uploads both pytorch and safetensors weights for diffusers.
The model is verified on a simple "turtle" prompt:

@patrickvonplaten If I wanted to use these with a1111 how would I go about doing that? When I try to use this checkpoint file on HF I'm getting errors about it being corrupted for some reason.
