Wrong Readme: "s2t_translation" instead of "ast" for translation

The Readme is wrong in that to be able to translate between languages, you have to set taskname to s2t_translation and not to ast.

Thanks for pointing this out. The latest main branch supports both options here, but we will update the README to avoid confusions.
