Details
It looks like MTEB currently has a bug where (default) is included in the metadata creation, but these datasets aren't properly read by the Leaderboard Space. The fix for now is to avoid the (default). I experimented with this on a private copy of this repository & a local version of MTEB, and it seems to work well:
(The lack of the model size, etc. are because my private copy of this repository only has the README)
