missing .bin?

I'm really very interested in a ggml of santacoder -- was this repo uploaded by mistake, or am I missing something? All I see is a single .gitattributes file.
Would be optimal if was a, 13b or 15.5B (bigcode/starcoder). There is already a 7b around.
