Multi-line Extraction

While the model is working well with extraction of single line information, when it comes to fields that are haviing multiline text it is not able to extract them. Only the first line of the whole text is getting extracted. Can you please help me into right direction to solve this?
I experience a similar phenomenon. The approach I currently use to overcome this is to ask a series of questions, when each question is requesting for the adjacent value of the output of the previous question
