Using this embedding reports " Sizes of tensors must match except in dimension 0. Expected size 768 but got size 1024 for tensor number 1 in the list"

I moved this to the embeddings folder and renamed it to wrong.bin but when using it I get the error here:
Sizes of tensors must match except in dimension 0. Expected size 768 but got size 1024 for tensor number 1 in the list
Using AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui
Anyone else getting this or know how to fix it?
Note downloading the model from the original works as expected.
This embedding will only work for Stable Diffusion 2.X and not Stable Diffusion 1.X. The original one was constructed for 1.X.
