I think the usage of Llama 3.2 (Vision) needs clarification in the case of research purposes in the EU. The LLAMA 3.2 Community License Agreement does not seem to explicitly prohibit the use of the model for research purposes in the EU. I would like to confirm whether it is possible to use LLAMA 3.2 for research purposes, and if so, what conditions or restrictions apply.
