And I have access to Llama 3, Llama 3.1, but not 3.2...

Same issues with my application

it says so in the repo that access from EU is prohibited according to Meta's useless "open source" policies.

It maybe running afoul of European data privacy laws. If so one might blame EU government rather than Meta for this restriction.
