Access denied to the model file?

I'd like to give your ggml version a try but I keep getting Access Denied.
Is there something mis-configured with your repository here?
thank you for bringing this to my attention, I am re-uploading the model files - I am not exactly sure why this happened though
I tried downloading again and it still returns 403 Forbidden on both the fp16 and q4_0 model files.
Yes my internet at home isn’t quite ideal for uploading multiple gigabytes of weights - I’ll get to it tonorrow
