Is this Phi-1 or Phi-1_5?

Is this Phi-1 (HumanEval 50.6) or Phi-1.5(HumanEval 30ish)?
If it is the Phi-1, it is great, if it is Phi-1.5, can you also do Phi-1? Coding is where the value of the model is. And Phi-1.5 sacrificed HumanEval for other metrics that can be easily gotten from other llama models.
It's phi 1.5 but adding phi 1 would likely be straightfowrard.
The v1 models should now be available too, same quantization schemes are supported.
Closing this now that both models are supported (as well as puffin-phi-v2 btw), feel free to re-open if you still miss some stuff or to create a new issue.
