What's the difference between these are original?

Are these just pruned models? What exactly is the difference?
These files are differences of ControlNet models and the original SD 1.5 model for Transfer Control.
They are the center row and right end of the figure below.
Does Mikubill's WebUI automatically interpret these as difference modules instead of full ControlNet models? Would any setting have to be enabled to do so?
From my experience, they just seem to work without any special settings.
Has anyone compared the model differences between the two branches?
