Extract table data as csv or json

Hi,
After successful detection of table on image, is there any technique that can be used, to extract the table data as csv or json.
I still have the same question with yolov8 but I have solved the table extraction. It’s not completely accurate but it works. Check for TATR . I am trying to fine tune yolov8 for table structure recognition, if it works then any above average OCR can extract the text. Also, one thing to notice, all images need to be in high resolution.
