Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in their use of our models and any derivatives thereof. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their usage of these resources adheres to the stipulated legal frameworks.

Prohibited Use Cases

The use of our models, or any derivatives created from them, is subject to strict prohibitions if it involves or facilitates any of the following activities:

• Violence and Harm: Users must not engage in, promote, or incite violence, threats, hate speech, self-harm, sexual exploitation, or any targeting of individuals based on protected characteristics.
• Harassment and Abuse: Any activities that involve, promote, or facilitate harassment or abuse of individuals or groups are strictly prohibited.
• Sexual Exploitation, Harm, or Abuse: It is forbidden to encourage, facilitate, or engage in the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of individuals, particularly children. This includes any involvement with child exploitative content or Child Sexual Abuse Material.
• Sensitive Information: Collecting, disclosing, or inferring sensitive personal or private information about individuals without proper legal authority or all necessary consents is prohibited.
• Fraud and Deception: Users may not misrepresent content generated by our models as human-created or use our models to create false identities or engage in deceptive activities. This includes but is not limited to:
• Propagation of spam or fraudulent activities such as catfishing and phishing.
• Creation or promotion of false reviews, defamatory content about real people, deepfakes, or intentionally false claims or misinformation.
• Synthetic Data for Commercial Uses: Generating synthetic data outputs for commercial purposes is not allowed. This includes using such data to train, improve, benchmark, enhance, or otherwise develop model derivatives, or any products or services connected therewith.
