Is the base_model trained in Japanese?

If the base_model is not an LLM model trained in Japanese, I don't think lora trained on it makes any sense
We're not sure if it is or not. However, LLaMA can barely return Japanese sentences. If you're interested, we recommend you read arxiv paper to understand our motivation.
