fix language tags

id is the identifier for Indonesian internet, but the language code is 'in' (see ISO 639). Also added appropriate tags for the other languages so it will show up in tag searches.
Actually ... I had a bad reference here, but it would still be good to fix the language tags. As it won't let me edit my proposed edit, I'll open a new PR.
