Converting Safetensors Elysium_Anime_V3 to a checkpoint?

I was wondering if its possible to do that, as I want to run it on a AMD GPU on windows and for that I would need a ckpt to convert into ONNX as there is a directml version that makes models run on AMD GPUs. If not, I can also just use the V2.
