Is this quantized from the final 1000B checkpoint?

Unfortunately it's not the final version. I just find out about the latest release.
I'll try do upload it soon. I don't have enough space on my laptop to provide all quantized version but I'll try to upload one very soon.
I have uploaded the last version. I don't know if it performs well yet.
I'll add a model card soon.
