Getting really low quality results with 1.5.1.2

Hello,
I'm getting terrible quality results with 1.5.1.2.
I'm using 60 steps but the images look as if they have 10 steps at most, is anyone facing this issue?

You need to configure the pipeline with ft-MSE VAE
