Can this model be used commercially?

I’m sure it’s perfectly fine

I'm going to add my 2¢ to this conversation and say that if you don't see clear notation that the model is the equivalent of being digitaly-vegan you probably shouldn't use it for commercial purposes. You -can- create a render that you use for reference with unknown citations BUT, you CAN NOT make a profit off of something you do not know the source off. When in doubt check the source material, if you don't know then state the obvious that it came from a conglomerated source - cite your models, the models should be responsible for citing the source material; this includes LORAs. If you can't re-create it by other means then don't use it. Pure and simple.

If you are working professionally or for a client, don't get you or your client in trouble. Do the work yourself or risk the consequences. A big thing that is going around rite now is waiting for a critical mass of detection to occur before litigators on behalf of content owners occurs were they squeeze the current generation of content creation. This means AI, this means anyone that smells like similar content. CYA and do things right or face the consequences.
